About the Role

• Plan and manage onsite projects effectively.
• Control and supervise the site workforce, while being part of the action also.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct prestart and SWMS inductions.
• Develop and implement demolition plans and safety management systems.
• Perform project risk assessments and suggest improvements for workplace safety.
• Maintain and service company-owned equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

About You

• Punctuality - Being on time is the most important quality of this role.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Relevant demolition qualifications and certifications
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
• Proficient in reading and interpreting demolition plans and drawings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of industry standards and safety codes.
