About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and business growth. This role will lead cross-functional alignment, oversee key projects, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key focus areas for the role include:
Champion a culture aligned with Kollosche’s vision and future direction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
Maximise profitability through strategic budgeting and supplier engagement.
Collaborate with the ELT and department heads to achieve business objectives.
Lead the execution of strategic plans and elevate client and team experience.
Success in this role will look like:

About you
Proven senior leadership experience in operations, strategy, or business management within the real estate, property, or luxury services sector.
You are degree qualified in Business Administration, Commerce, Property, or a related field; MBA or executive education is highly regarded.
You’re a strategic operator with proven experience leading business planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment in a high-performance environment.
You have a strong commercial acumen and can confidently manage reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive-level communications.
You’re passionate about building high-performing teams and have a track record of driving learning, development, and people-focused initiatives.
You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a structured, solutions-focused approach to complex projects like office expansions and organisational growth.
You understand the nuances of luxury branding and consistently uphold premium standards across operations, culture, and client experience.
