We’re a growing business backed by the strength of a global organisation, but with the warmth and support of a close-knit team. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Operations team.

If you come from retail or hospitality and want a role that values your people skills—without requiring you to be on your feet all day—this could be your perfect next step.

Your duties as a Customer Service representative will include:

Answering in-coming calls,

Trouble shooting, and

Booking appointments for our technicians around Australia.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Requirements:

1+ years' experience in a customer service environment is preferable but not necessary.

Able to work autonomously and within a team.

Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Bubbly and positive personality.

A lateral thinker.

Must be reliable and punctual.
