We are the largest charter bus operator in New South Wales, specialising in school transport, with over 180 school daily runs across the state.

As we continue to expand and integrate a growing fleet of electric buses/coaches, we are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Heavy Duty Mechanic or Auto Electrician to join our dedicated maintenance team. We are ideally looking for dual trade mechanics but will also look into those applicants with either.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs across the bus fleet

Identify and recommend additional maintenance to maintain vehicle safety, compliance, and performance

Respond to vehicle breakdowns as part of a rotating roster

Perform auto-electrical repairs and minor system modifications

Collaborate closely with our zero-emission bus manufacturing and after-sales teams to identify and resolve minor EV faults

Primarily work on our existing diesel bus fleet across the Sydney Metropolitan region

About You:

Fully qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic & Auto Electrician (Australian-recognised trade qualification).

Previous experience with bus or coach maintenance is desirable but not essential.

Hold a current Heavy Vehicle driver’s license (HR preferred).

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competent with basic computer systems and workshop software.

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
