We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the lives of our participants, Aged Care and DVA Clients. If you are an Enrolled Nurse (EN), Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Disability Support Worker (DSW) or Personal Care Workers (PCW) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support people to live their best lives, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to participants, enabling independence and wellbeing at home and in the community. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing respectful and person-centred personal care.

Assisting with and administering medications according to individual care plans.

Deliver professional care within your scope of practice while maintaining accurate reports in line with Anchored Care standards.

Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation.

Supporting skill development to build independence and confidence.

Undertake meal planning, preparation and other activities of daily living

Who We Are Looking For

Enrolled Nurses (EN) with current AHPRA registration.

Assistants in Nursing (AIN) with relevant qualifications and experience.

Disability Support Workers / PCWs with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).

Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Manual Handling competency (or ability to obtain).

Candidates with HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded.

A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
