New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not-for-profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support.

We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life a DVA client. If you are an Enrolled Nurse (EN), Assistant in Nursing (AIN), or Personal Care Worker (PCW) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support our Client to live independently in her own home, we encourage you to apply. At present she is at risk of falls and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia

We are looking for staff who can fill shifts over a 24 hour, seven day a week period. Fulltime, Part Time and Casual positions are available.

Your Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our client, enabling her to maintain her independence and wellbeing in her own home. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing respectful and person-centred personal care.

Assisting with and administering medications according to individual care plan.

Delivering professional medical care within your scope of Practice (ENs).

Providing sensitive and effective continence care.

Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation.

Who We Are Looking For:

Enrolled Nurses (EN) with current AHPRA registration.

Assistants in Nursing (AIN) with relevant qualifications and experience.

Personal Care Workers (PCW) with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.

Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain).

Candidates with Assistant Medicine Management competency will be highly regarded
