Specialist Support Workers

Assist clients with daily living, personal care, and community access

Provide companionship and practical support in line with care plans

Enrolled Nurses (ENs)

Deliver clinical and personal care under RN direction

Administer medications and monitor health conditions

Support with wound care, continence, and chronic condition management

What We’re Looking For

Specialist NDIS Support Workers: Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Care (or working towards) with 2+ Years experience

ENs: Current AHPRA registration (community or aged care experience desirable)

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Rates:

$30-45 base rate depending on qualification and experience
