We’re a small, well-established private practice with a 17-year reputation for compassionate, effective therapy—especially in trauma-focused care. Our founder is an experienced EMDR clinician, and we see EMDR as a core part of the healing process for many clients.

Already trained in EMDR

Eager to become EMDR-certified (we’ll support you in getting there)

About the Role
Positive Outcomes Psychology is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our Gold Coast team. You'll be working with experienced clinicians, have access to regular mentoring and professional development, be highly paid, receive full admin support, a steady flow of clients, and a secure role within a highly experienced, EMDR-focused practice.

This role suits someone who doesn't want to chase invoices, pay for room hire or stress over unpaid cancellations and wants to focus on clinical work, feel part of a team, and continue growing their skills, whilst enjoying the stability of a regular income. This job is for you if you are a psychologist with a great ethic who wants to focus on clinical work and client outcomes—not running a business.

Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)

Medicare Provider

EMDR trained or willing to train

Strong client focus, ethical practice, and a team-oriented mindset

Available to work 4 or 5 days per week

Minimum 1-2 years of psychology experience required

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
