Haven Psychology is looking for a Clinical Lead Psychologist (min 0.8 FTE) to join our leadership team. 🧠 Your role will include:
Clinical supervision & leadership
Service innovation & quality improvement
Designing & delivering training programs
Presenting at conferences & industry events
Business development & strategic growth
Maintaining a small caseload to model best practice
👤 About You:
5+ years’ experience in complex trauma & mental health
5+ years’ experience as a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor (Clinical/Counselling endorsement)
Knowledge and skills in supervising diagnostic assessments and reports
Strong leadership, supervision & program development skills
Deep understanding of inclusive, anti-oppressive, intersectional frameworks
Committed to reflective practice & collaborative growth
EMDR Advanced Level training (dissociative identities/parts)
Post-graduate qualifications in Sexology highly desirable
