Learn from the Top, Influence Strategy
Are you looking for more than just a consulting role?
This is your opportunity to join a growing, dynamic advisory firm where you’ll not only guide clients through the Research and Development Tax Incentive (R&DTI) program, but also work directly with the CEO and Managing Director — gaining invaluable mentorship and the chance to contribute to firm-wide strategy.
As an R&DTI Consultant, you’ll collaborate with innovative businesses across industries such as technology, biotech, and advanced manufacturing, helping them maximize their R&D claims while ensuring full compliance. Along the way, you’ll develop both your technical expertise and your strategic advisory skills, positioning yourself for long-term career growth.
What you’ll do:
- Partner directly with the CEO and Managing Director, gaining first-hand insights into leadership and business strategy.
- Engage with clients to understand their R&D activities, provide eligibility advice, and prepare compliant R&DTI claims.
- Review technical project documentation, draft detailed narratives, and quantify eligible R&D expenditure.
- Stay ahead of changes in R&DTI legislation and advise both clients and the executive team.
- Contribute to broader business strategy and play an active role in shaping the future direction of the firm.
What’s in it for you:
- Executive mentorship – learn directly from the CEO and Managing Director.
- A unique balance of technical consulting and strategic advisory exposure.
- Opportunities to work with Australia’s most innovative businesses across diverse industries.
- Ongoing development through CPD and training with AusIndustry and other leading bodies.
- Competitive remuneration and a clear career growth pathway.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in R&D tax incentive consulting or a related role.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian R&DTI program and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
This is a career-defining role for someone who wants to develop not just as a consultant, but as a strategic advisor — with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of the firm.
