EIR Labour Hire is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in Construction, Civil, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Mining. We are seeking motivated individuals to kick-start their career in administration and recruitment with entry-level trainee roles in our Adelaide CBD office.

These are full-time roles with immediate starts available (1–4 weeks). You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, business administration, and operations, while working in a supportive and fun environment.

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (Clerks – Private Sector Award, MA000002)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

What We Offer

Complete a Certificate III in Business Administration (12 months) as part of your traineeship

Exposure to recruitment, sales, marketing, safety, and business operations

Learn hands-on skills in:

Executing Recruitment Admin Tasks

Placing ads, Texting our database, calling workers

Intro to Allocations and Feedback from clients on workers

Timesheet Follow up (workers and clients)

Phone & email communication with clients/candidates

Preparing documents, reports & managing office tasks

Social media monitoring & basic marketing tasks

Strong communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude

Interest in building a career in recruitment, operations, or administration

Commitment to completing TAFE studies (Cert III in Business Administration)

Eligibility: Candidates who have not yet completed a Cert III or higher

Adelaide CBD – in person. Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
