The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of a hot desk focused on temp recruitment in the blue collar civil sector.

This role is client-facing and people-focused. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, multiple client accounts, account management, filling roles, and play a key part in RED's growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for temp recruitment in the blue collar civil sector
• Build strong networks and talent pools in civil and construction
• Grow client accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Represent RED at networking events and in the market
• Maintain high service levels through regular client contact and site visits

What You'll Bring

• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Previous 2-3 years recruitment experience, ideally managing multiple client accounts
• Knowledge of civil and construction recruitment markets
• Strong track record in meeting KPIs and managing a hot desk
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Organisational ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with pace and urgency
• A positive, can do, attitude
