About the Role:
Candidates wanting to develop into future Leaders within the business preferable.
We have Full Time Permanent opportunity available at our Preston - Northland location!
Must be Available 76 Hours a Fortnight 5 days per Week.
You will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Frame Styling to following healthcare guidelines. To secure this role you will need previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service environment.
Optical experience and dispensing qualification experience is highly desired, but not essential.
Training and Deveolpment of others experience is highly desired.
A self-starter with a sense of humor
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills

About Specsavers
Today, the Specsavers Partnership enjoys global success. With more than 1,700 stores and in 10 countries, we are the world’s largest optical retailer. Each business operates as a Joint Venture Partnership, meaning the stores are part-owned and managed by its directors.
