Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking someone with the skills to drive the delivery, support and optimisation of Microsoft 365 tools, Power BI reporting, and data workflows. As part of the Technology and Digital Transformation department, you’ll enhance internal processes and support data management while providing outstanding customer service.
This role is an ideal blend for someone passionate about simplifying technology and improving data accessibility, while delivering secure solutions that benefit both staff and the broader community. You'll be a proactive communicator, comfortable providing support face-to-face, via email, and over the phone. A valid driver’s licence is essential.
