About the Role
As our Office Assistant, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their holiday experience. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional front-of-house service, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception.
This is a flexible, casual position where availability across weekdays and weekends is essential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Greeting all guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival.
Managing bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using our reservation system.
Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Providing guests with helpful information about our park facilities and local attractions.
Processing payments and performing general administrative tasks.
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administration role is highly preferred.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly phone manner.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Familiarity with RMS reservation systems is an advantage, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
The flexibility and reliability to work a roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
