About The Role

You’ll be helping with everything from preparing customer orders to assisting with embroidery production. Each day is different – and that’s part of the fun.

We’re a small (but mighty!) team, and we work in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly. My two little girls (3 and 1) are part of our workspace, so we’re looking for someone who’s warm, understanding and ready to go with the flow.

Key Tasks:

Helping create personalised orders using embroidery machines
(don’t worry – we’ll teach you everything you need to know)

Picking products for next-day production

Carefully packing and preparing customer orders

Restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy workspace

Occasional lifting of boxes up to 20kg for stocktake or restocks

Assisting wherever needed to keep production moving smoothly

General tidy up

What We’re Looking For:

A calm, can-do attitude with a willingness to help however needed

Someone reliable, efficient and ready to roll up their sleeves

Great time management and a strong work ethic

Comfortable with basic computer tasks

Experience in embroidery, packing, or retail is a bonus (but not essential)

Most importantly – someone who’s flexible, understanding and supportive in a family-style work environment

Hours + Availability

Christmas Casual position: 2-5 days a week (immediate start through to Christmas)

Must be available 5 days per week in November and December

Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm) (Flexible)
