The Role

Our pick packers are responsible for the fulfilment of our customer orders by accurately and efficiently picking and packing items from our Warehouse. They also play a critical role in maintaining workplace health and safety and our high standards on quality.

Key Duties

Picking and packing orders

Meet daily KPI targets

Assessing items to ensure quality standards are met

Identifying and isolating any damaged product

Packing orders and submitting for labelling

Supporting stock management

Upholding WHS requirements - keeping a safe, clean and tidy work environment

About You

You’re a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things right the first time. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you’re the type of person who spots when something’s not quite right — and takes action to fix it.

You’ll bring:

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you’re motivated, dependable, and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Please note, this is a casual position, therefore shifts are rostered and there is no guarantee of set hours.
