ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, proactive individual who is dedicated to managing the warehouse team to continue to achieve & deliver a high standard of professional service. The primary function is to manage day-to-day warehouse activities across the site, to provide up-to-date information, and to communicate to the highest level internally and externally while ensuring that all service levels are met and where possible, exceeded. Manage and drive productivity and scanning accuracy in order to maximize all resources whilst ensuring adherence to customer levels and targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertaking full device processing functions: device diagnostics and features testing; device cosmetic grading and device cleaning; and data erasure

Achieving targeted processing speeds and quality thresholds on a consistent basis

Participation in the inventory management and optimization process, including correct inventory labelling

Fault finding and troubleshooting in line with process guidelines

YOU HAVE

No experience necessary

Experience in mobile phone repair is an advantage

Strong communication skills

High attention to detail

Technology savvy with mobile phones, tablets & laptops

Good house keeping / 5S skills

Attain rights to work in Australia with no restrictions

This position starts as a casual role, with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate
