Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer.

The Role

As the Warehouse Operative, you will be supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This hands-on role is split evenly between forklift operation (50%) and pick packing (50%), with occasional delivery duties. You’ll work 38 hours per week across rotating weekday shifts, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organised warehouse.

Duties include:

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload goods safely
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Lift and handle items up to 12 kg throughout the day
• Review inventory and maintain accurate records
• Assist with deliveries as required (valid driver’s licence essential)
• Rotate through weekly shifts: 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

• Valid forklift licence (LF) with recent experience
• Full driver’s licence for occasional delivery runs
• Previous experience in pick packing or warehouse operations
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 12 kg
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday
