I am looking to speak to experienced Accounts Officers who are looking to join a business where they can take ownership of the accounting functions!

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process daily invoices and purchase orders
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions,
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers and following up with debtors and resolve any queries
• Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger
• Process payroll, including superannuation, leave accruals, and associated payroll matters
• Prepare and lodge BAS statements, ensuring full compliance
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts officer or similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
• Confident communicator
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
