About Us:
At the Institute for Social Neuroscience (ISN) Psychology, we take a broad approach to the study of psychology, employing the cross-disciplinary approach of social neuroscience. This new discipline investigates the complex interrelationship between our physiology, molecular makeup, our neuroscience and our social environment to further understand the psychology of human behaviour.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions and Enrolment Coordinator to manage and enhance the student admissions journey—from first inquiry to course commencement. Reporting to the Head of Admissions and Enrolment, this role is pivotal in supporting the institute’s growth and ensuring a seamless, supportive experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities of the Admissions and Enrolments Coordinator:

Coordinate the admissions process, including application assessment, documentation, and eligibility checks

Maintain and update student records and enrolment data in line with regulatory requirements

Provide timely, professional communication to prospective students and applicants

Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure accurate course placement and scheduling

Support the development and implementation of enrolment strategies and campaigns

Monitor and report on enrolment trends and targets

About you:

Previous experience in admissions, enrolment, or student services (ideally in a higher education setting).

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.

Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Enjoys problem solving and have a solutions focussed mindset.

A genuine passion for supporting students and contributing to a positive educational experience Familiarity with student management software and other complementary online platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field
