What We’re Looking For

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor with a passion for customer service and ideally, an interest in baking or cake decorating! If you’re energetic, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous team leading experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Fast learner, self motivated with positive initiative and attention to detail

Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Experience in cake decorating or baking is a huge bonus (but not essential!)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system with confidence

Providing friendly, helpful customer service via phone, email and in person

Picking, packing, and managing online orders

Restocking and organising shelves promptly and neatly

Merchandising and maintaining appealing visual displays

Assisting with stocktakes and placing stock orders

Assisting Store Manager with operational duties
