About the Role
They build awareness across the Australian trades community through a variety of initiatives - which encourage those trades business owners interested in exploring the training program to register for and attend one of their many (free) online and in-person workshops. These workshops are informative and eye-opening - detailing common business bottlenecks and a clear path to sustainable growth backed by decades of testimonials.
Currently, 60%-70% of workshop attendees join the program (at some stage).
As Inside Sales Consultant, you'll provide a red carpet experience - conducting “Welcome in Advance” calls to learn more about workshop registrants and post-workshop calls to gather feedback and schedule the final step in their new client onboarding process, if appropriate. You'll also follow up inbound leads and past contacts.
You'll have 20-25 warm discussions daily (from up to 100 dials, call lists provided), resulting in 10-15 qualified appointments set for their sales team per week - managing roughly 600 leads at any given time (via HubSpot).
This is an established role, with proven structure and excellent training. You'll be supported by and work closely alongside their Global Head of Growth and the rest of their Melbourne-based team from their Mulgrave, VIC based offices.
In time, with success, there's scope to advance within the business, if desired, and/or help drive their upcoming expansion into the US and UK.
About You
You'll bring 10+ years professional experience, with at least 2+ years in high-volume phone sales (100+ outbound calls p/day)
You're an empathetic and confident communicator who thrives on the phone
You're also resilient, competitive, target-driven; and
Passionate about helping trades businesses succeed
Most importantly, you're genuinely motivated to make a positive contribution to the local trades community and a direct/significant impact on the lives of many therein.
What's on offer - $80K-$85K Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions, $110K realistic OTE
