Casual OSHC Educators – Emmaus College, Jimboomba

Are you passionate about supporting children to learn, play, and thrive? Emmaus College OSHC is seeking Casual Educators to join our caring team.
We provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for up to 105 children before and after school, as well as during vacation care. Our play-based program encourages children to explore their interests, make choices, and develop life skills through fun activities and experiences.

What you’ll be doing as an OSHC Educator:

• Welcoming and caring for children in a safe, nurturing environment
• Supporting play-based learning and development through fun, engaging activities
• Building positive connections with children, families, and your team
• Assisting with program planning and delivery
• Creating inclusive experiences that reflect the needs, interests, and abilities of all children

What we’re looking for:

• A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• An ACECQA-approved school age qualification (or working towards) – a wide range of study areas may be recognised, including education, community services, sports, creative arts, and more
• A genuine passion for caring for and educating school-aged children
• Knowledge (or willingness to learn) of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
