We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated air conditioner service technician to join our close-knit team in providing quality maintenance, service, and breakdown repairs to our residential customers.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, includes super, company vehicle, all accompanying an attractive salary negotiable based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities in the Role

You will be working within the Melbourne area carrying out domestic single/multi heads （mainly VRF systems） splits system air conditioning service and diagnosis at various sites.

Identify and troubleshoot system problems, offering viable solutions.

Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and documentation.

Servicing and maintaining VRF air conditioning and refrigeration units, breakdown and repair work

Coordinate on-site supplies, materials, and work program

Liaising with your managers, team leaders and customers

Providing over the phone troubleshooting and solutions to the customer

Helping to ensure the scope of works is delivered on time

On-site labour

Maintain a clean and well stocked vehicle

Ensuring your work is completed in a timely, safe, professional and cost-effective manner

Skills and Experience

Competency with troubleshooting and repair of various forms of air conditioning systems which include but not limited to VRF, and split systems, central plant.

Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration and valid ARCTIC license.

Minimum 4 years’ commercial experience servicing HVAC systems

The ability to work without supervision

You should be reliable, honest, responsible and hardworking with good communication skills.

You must have a current drivers licence.
