We are on the hunt for an experienced passionate and service-driven Leasing Agent to join our pre-opening team at HOME Parramatta on a 12 month fixed-term contract. Add your flair, drive, and personality to the team, create a welcoming, authentic and genuine connection with everyone who walks through the door. Let’s be clear - this is not your typical leasing role! No maintenance management, no travelling and no managing multiple landlords and buildings. Only the most exhilarating elements of these roles have been collated for a super exciting position in a soon to open brand new building.

Working Tuesday to Saturday, you'll step up and be responsible for:

Handling enquiries from prospective residents

Showcasing a premium new residential building and apartments

Application management

Lease negotiation and signing

Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
