Salary: $80,000 – 110,000

WT Hydraulics is a leading Fluid Power sales, service & repair company operating in Perth, Kalgoorlie, Esperance in Western Australia and Hobart in Tasmania. We also design hydraulic circuits and electronic control systems for all types of applications. WT Hydraulics has been providing Hydraulic repairs and services to the mining, agriculture, marine, oil & gas and many other industries around Australia since 1996.

This is a hands-on position will handle direct customer technical enquiries pertaining to Festo products. Additionally, you will also be tasked with working with our Branch Managers, Engineers, and Fluid Power Technicians to provide solutions to our customers' Fluid Power operated machines and component problems.

The right candidate will be a professional experienced Mechanical Engineering Technologist , with the following skillset:

Excellent workplace ethos where cutting corners is not allowed nor tolerated.

A self-driven Engineering Technician who likes freedom and autonomy

Has no less than 5 years’ experience in Fluid Power or similar industry

Project Management and Site supervision experience with maintenance planning

Hydraulic Controls and Engineering Experience is a must.

Demonstrate the ability to Code and utilize Control System products.

Proven experience including assembling and installing hydraulic power Systems

Testing , analysing and Fault Finding using complex computations and diagrams

Is highly familiar with the range of Festo products.

Ability to identify Fluid Power Components

Read and understand schematic drawings

Current ‘C’ class Drivers Licence

The accurate and timely completion of design specification and regulation paperwork.
