They work on both residential and commercial projects from supply to install; providing a one-stop solution for their clients and each bespoke project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of three, including work allocation.

Manage all tender invitations and quotation requests while overseeing all estimating works for the business.

Determine the scope of work for each project, including the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor.

Research construction documents and analyse specifications.

Prepare estimates for planning, organising, and scheduling project work.

Manage pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.

Collaborate with the operations team as necessary on projects.

Direct communication with clients, builders, and project managers.

Maintain clear documentation in line with Quality Assured systems and processes.

Manage service orders including site repairs and warranty claims.

Skills and Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel a must

Knowledge and understanding of estimating in the built sector

Well organised and team player

Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

Somebody looking to build a long-term career in their next role

Knowledge of textiles, furniture or window furnishings highly desirable
