Our client, a WA-owned manufacturer and supplier to the construction and building industry, is seeking X3 experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join their team on an ongoing basis.

The Role
Based in Middle Swan, this role involves travelling to a local quarry (approx. 1 hour drive) and operating a range of mobile plant equipment including loaders, excavators, water carts, dump trucks, and dozers.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating mobile plant equipment is essential
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport (HR licence desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work regular overtime when required
• Must pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Permanent residency and full Australian work rights (no holiday visas)
• Confidence in your operating skills - in-house VOC assessments provided before commencement

Roster & Pay

• Monday to Friday roster
• Start at Middle Swan site, then travel to quarries (approx. 1 hour away)
• 10-12 hour shifts
• Base casual pay rate: $46.60/hr + super
• Penalty rates apply for hours worked beyond 7.6 per day (time + 1.5 for first 3 hours, double time thereafter)
