Wattletree Early Childhood Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role with a fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO) and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The position is available for an immediate start, working in our early years classrooms, with the potential to step into a team leadership role in 2026.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 12 months of experience in the early childhood sector

A Diploma in Children’s Services (or higher)

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards

Experience supporting or leading a dynamic team

A genuine passion for building caring, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community

Essential Requirements

Current Working With Children Check or VIT registration

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training

Enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent communication skills
