At ASN Events, we’ve spent over 35 years delivering world-class events and providing first-class association management services across Australia and beyond. Now, we’re looking for a detail-driven, adaptable, and proactive Association Administration Support Officer to join our collaborative, purpose-driven Melbourne team.
What You’ll Own
- Client Support: Respond to inbox enquiries for multiple associations with professionalism and warmth.
- Membership Coordination: Manage renewals, process applications, and maintain accurate databases.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and ensure smooth follow-up.
- Financial Administration: Assist with invoice processing, maintain financial records, and prepare year-end financial reports.
- Website & Communication Updates: Make basic website changes, monitor online enquiries, and support member communications.
- Data & Records Management: Keep accurate, well-organised records for compliance, reporting, and service delivery.
What You Bring
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Experience with CRM or membership systems (a plus, but not essential).
- Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
Your Work Week
- Location: Based in our Melbourne. Preferred 3 days per week in the office (Mon/Wed/Thurs) but hybrid is an option
- Hours: 20 hours, part time, with flexibility around personal commitments.
- Style: A balance of independent work and collaborative support in a friendly, close-knit team.
