Based at our Wetherill Park site, we are currently seeking an Online Sales Consultant to join our retail business. This role sits within the online sales team and is one of the main customer contact points throughout their buying journey. You’ll coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales process, providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs across digital platforms and in collaboration with our in-store team.

About your new role

• Manage and qualify customer leads across phone, email, and web.
• Facilitate the complete online sales process including deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, and delivery.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide product knowledge with confidence.
• Support finance and insurance sales in collaboration with internal teams.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building rapport, resolving enquiries, and maintaining strong communication throughout the journey.
• Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM and dealer management systems.
• Follow up pre- and post-appointment to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
• Ability to work autonomously, meet KPIs, and successfully close sales.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• A customer-first mindset with passion for delivering premium service.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
