We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join a high-performing technology services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across complex ICT environments, supporting clients with cutting-edge network and security solutions while enjoying flexible work arrangements.

About the Role
As a senior engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise IT networks. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve services, and mentor others. Your expertise will help drive innovation, quality, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise networks across switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN
• Deploy and maintain cyber security platforms, storage, and server infrastructure
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, fault identification, and resolution
• Lead root cause analysis and implement improvements
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in an MSP or similar environment
• Strong knowledge across network technologies including Fortinet and Aruba
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
• Industry certifications such as ITIL and vendor certifications highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging business leaders
• Australian citizenship required
