About the opportunity
In this senior HRBP role, you will partner with business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations and Commercia lto deliver strategic HR outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support organisational design, transformation, talent management, and change programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s global HR strategy.

Duties

• Deliver the HR operational plan for designated client groups
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organisational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Lead and support organisational design projects across different levels of the organisation
• Deploy global change management initiatives and drive local adoption
• Guide leaders in implementing engagement and development action plans
• Manage annual HR cycle processes (performance, promotions, compensation, and talent reviews)
• Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommend innovative solutions

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years’ HR management experience in global organisations (HRBP, OD, or HR Consultant roles)
• Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent development
• Degree qualified in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• English language fluency; additional APAC languages desirable
• Own transport required with flexibility to work across multiple sites
