We're seeking an Experienced, Reliable and Enthusiastic applicant for a Dental Receptionist position - Saturday only (7.45 am - 3 pm)

We're looking for a friendly caring and self motivated individual, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Dental reception experience is essential. Experience using Oasis software is preferred.

The role will entail:

Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.

Answering phone calls.

Processing cash, EFTPOS & HICAPS payments.

Managing patient accounts.

Maintaining patient records and filing.

Assist with sterilisation procedures, as required.

Support the rest of the team.

Excellent renumeration for the right candidate.

Our practice is located in Burwood very near the station.

Parking on premises is available as well.
