Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of person-centred nursing care to elderly residents

Monitor clinical standards and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Administer medications and manage individual care plans

Support and mentor care staff to uphold high-quality service

Liaise with residents’ families and allied health professionals

Experience & Qualifications

Current AHPRA Registration (Division 1 RN)

Experience in aged care, or a strong interest in working with older Australians

Excellent clinical decision-making and time management skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Compassionate, respectful, and resident-focused approach
