What you'll do

As a Lecturer (Management) you will:

• Deliver high-quality, student-centred teaching in Management at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
• Contribute to the advancement of innovative and reflective scholarly teaching practices.
• Embed employability, digital literacy, and inclusive principles into your teaching.
• Engage in professional development and scholarly activities that maintain discipline expertise.
• Participate in service and engagement activities within the School, profession, and broader community.
• Support continuous improvement in learning and teaching quality, aligned with UniSQ’s Academic Employee Expectations Framework.

We are seeking educators who:

• Hold a doctoral or master’s qualification in Management or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrate teaching expertise in Management in a higher education setting.
• Show evidence of reflective, engaged, and scholarly approaches to teaching that improve student outcomes and graduate employability.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive and collaborative relationships.
