What you'll do
As a Lecturer (Management) you will:
- Deliver high-quality, student-centred teaching in Management at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Contribute to the advancement of innovative and reflective scholarly teaching practices.
- Embed employability, digital literacy, and inclusive principles into your teaching.
- Engage in professional development and scholarly activities that maintain discipline expertise.
- Participate in service and engagement activities within the School, profession, and broader community.
- Support continuous improvement in learning and teaching quality, aligned with UniSQ’s Academic Employee Expectations Framework.

What will help you succeed
We are seeking educators who:
- Hold a doctoral or master’s qualification in Management or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrate teaching expertise in Management in a higher education setting.
- Show evidence of reflective, engaged, and scholarly approaches to teaching that improve student outcomes and graduate employability.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive and collaborative relationships.
- Align with UniSQ’s core values of Respect, Integrity, and Excellence.
