What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, implement, and support play-based learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
Foster children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through nurturing interactions.
Champion child safety – ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and their voice is heard.
Support the Early Childhood Teacher and leadership team in delivering high-quality programs.
Build strong partnerships with families and contribute to an inclusive, community-focused environment.
Maintain accurate records, observations, and documentation.
Participate in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
Strong commitment to child safety and the wellbeing of all children.
Passion for creating engaging learning environments.
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standards.
Understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
Current Working With Children Check.
Collaborative, reliable, and flexible team member.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
