Service Director/Nominated Supervisor – Early Childhood Education | Sutherland Shire

We’re seeking a Service Director who will champion excellence in early learning, foster meaningful relationships, grow our motivated and passionate team, and ensure our service not only meets but exceeds the National Quality Standards and all regulatory obligations at all times.

In this role and as part of our Management team, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of a high-quality early learning environment

Ensure full compliance with monthly regulatory requirements

Lead with a commitment to exceeding standards and delivering an exceptional experience for children, families, educators, and community partners.

Inspire a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Have a hands on approach to coaching and mentoring, leading by example, and being at the forefront of business decisions and implementation.

Be innovative in your thinking, reflective in your practice, and driven to be an industry leader.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all areas of the service

Manage enrolments, staffing, budgets, and operational planning

Represent the service with professionalism and integrity at all times

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education

Strong understanding of NQS, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation

Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) id preferred.

Experience with Xplor an advantage.
