About the Business

Our client is a long standing reputable volume builder based on the Gold Coast. They specialise in the investment sector across multiple states and turnover approximately 300 builds PA.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for an ArchiCAD Draftsperson to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

Propose cost effective practical solutions to design challenges

Maintain and develop existing standard master designs

Prepare new home siting for standard and concept designs

Design new facade concepts

Skills and experience

Minimum 2 years residential drafting experience with a volume builder

QLD, NSW local council experience highly desirable

Initiative to address design challenges

High attention to detail and good communicator
