As Senior Project Manager, you will:

Lead complex or multiple projects from inception to handover, achieving program and profitability targets.

Develop holistic construction methodologies and programs, aligning delivery with client expectations.

Oversee contract negotiations, project financials, claims, and reporting requirements.

Manage subcontractor performance and resolve site coordination issues.

Build and maintain key client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.

Coach and mentor project team members, supporting their career development and wellbeing.

You are a proven construction leader with strong technical expertise and commercial acumen. You will bring:

7–10 years’ construction delivery experience managing projects c.$10mil in value (or equivalent senior experience).

Degree in Construction Management or equivelant (or 10+years’ industry experience across project, site, contract, estimating).

Demonstrated track record of delivering similar projects safely, on time and on budget.

Strong capability in contract management, project financials and forecasting with a solid understanding of industry systems.

A collaborative leadership style, able to inspire and coach high-performing teams.
