About the Role:

• Location: Kalgoorlie
• Pay Rate: $54.55 per hour (inclusive allowances) + Super
• Hours: 40 hours per week with RDO
• Work Type: Permanent, Full-Time

As a hands-on Leading Hand in our small two-person Hire Yard, key duties will include:

• Forklift operations - load and unload modular units and hire equipment.
• Oversee and assist the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of units for re-hire.
• Coordinate and assist with deliveries, pick ups and fleet movements.
• Perform basic servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Accurate record keeping.
• Support customers with equipment handovers and queries.
• Ensure safety compliance and supervision of daily operations.

About You:

• Valid driver’s licence (essential).
• Forklift licence (or willing to obtain).
• Experience with general maintenance and use of hand-tools.
• Physically fit and safety conscious.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic computer skills.
• Based in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate.
• Trade qualified or previous construction experience preferred.
