Raines Resources Pty Ltd is an emerging resource for the Mining and Civil Construction industries.
Our CEO has 50 + years of experience in both sectors with both hands-on and administrative experience. You will be working directly with him, not some corporate type you've never meet.
We are launching a New Registered Training Organization (RTO) specially designed to cater for online and hands-on training, on-site consisting of equipment VOC's, full ticketed courses and HRW VOC's. Predominantly at the clients' worksites using the clients' equipment.
We are seeking progressive minded individuals to join our ground zero team, where together we can build a better, more inclusive work environment.

Location:
Predominately site based with some Metropolitan Duties at our Booragoon offices.
Candidates must be available for day trips from Perth to various Western Australian sites.
Tenure:
On going casual assignments, which could suite those who are seeking a more progressive family friendly lifestyle. Or those new to the industry. Some long-term deployments may be negotiated.
What are we looking for:
· Previous experience in Mining and Civil Construction.
· Minimum 1-2 years of mining industry training experience required.
· Equipment and HRW experience are desirable but not essential.
· Recently qualified people with the desire to better themselves.
· A "Can do Attitude"
· Excellent Communication skills.
· Good Computer Skills.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
· TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification required for Trainer Assessor positions.
· Valid Australian work visa or appropriate work authorisation required.
· BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety required for WHS professional positions.
