Skills Training and Engineering Services is a nationally accredited RTO (50091) that has three premier training locations in the Bibra Lake and Cockburn Central areas.

Your duties would be delivering nationally accredited units of competency through high-quality training courses to STES standard.

We have multiple positions open for safety trainers and high risk trainers full time and casual basis depending on your preference. Our working hours are from 8 am - 4 pm, five days per week.

As a minimum we offer opportunities for short stay travel to mine sites and occasional training on weekends, rewards for this will be offered on top of the agreed salary.

Safety courses include CSE, WAH, GTA, Fire and Work Permits

Essential criteria about you:

Your duties would be delivering nationally accredited units of competency through high-quality training courses to TAC and STES standard

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent that meets current trainer requirements under TAC)

HRWL Assessor with classes LF, WP, DG, RB, RI and Cranes (advantage)

Current and relevant High Risk licenses for the classes you wish to deliver

This training is tailored to the mining and construction industries therefore, experience in these industries is required.
