Our proprietary loan origination system supports our dealers and distributors to facilitate seamless, convenient and customer focussed finance solutions for consumers and businesses.
We are seeking a Lending Support Specialist to report directly to the Retail Lending Manager and support the Retail Lending and Settlement functions.
Responsibilities
Assist with stakeholder engagement and support introducer relationships (i.e. inbound calls, emails, letters).
Complete KYC/AML and fraud prevention requirements for Retail Lending applications.
Extending support to the effective operations of Retail Lending and Settlement functions, following guidelines and procedures to meet desired outcomes.
Support the Retail Operations division across various projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Other tasks as requested from senior leadership teams from time to time.
Your background
Solid experience in Banking/ Finance in a branch, phone-based and/or administration role.
Financial Services knowledge, including processes fundamental to Retail Lending and Settlements.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
Proven ability to prioritise effectively, finalise projects and achieve desired outcomes.
