About Us
We are a well‑established aluminium window and glazing company servicing commercial and residential projects throughout Geelong, The Bellarine & Surfcoast. With steady growth and a strong pipeline of work, we’re seeking a reliable Factory Hand / Fitter to support our lead fabricator in the workshop and assist our installation team on site.

The Role
You will work closely with our fabricators to manufacture aluminium windows and doors, manage deliveries, keep the factory running smoothly, and lend a hand on installations. This position offers hands‑on experience, training, and the chance to develop long‑term skills within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead fabricator with cutting, assembling, and glazing aluminium window and door frames

Safely receive deliveries, move glass, and load/unload vehicles using a forklift and manual handling equipment

Maintain factory cleanliness, organise stock, and report low inventory

Travel to site with the team to help install windows, doors, and glazing on commercial and domestic jobs

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Follow all WHS procedures and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands‑on tasks

Confident with basic hand/power tools (training provided)

Forklift licence and experience moving large, fragile items advantageous but not essential

White Card (willingness to obtain) and current driver’s licence

Previous experience in fabrication, glazing, or construction advantageous but not essential
