We’re seeking a proven agency sales/ growth operator to own new business and drive growth. This is a senior role spanning strategy, performance, and creative that could see you in a Head of Growth role down the line.
What you’ll do
- Win and grow high-value partnerships with 7–9+ figure DTC brands.
- Pitch and close integrated retainers (performance, creative, CRO, email/SMS).
- Drive recurring and project revenue with support from BDM, SDR & marketing.
- Build pipeline, exceed client/revenue targets, and strengthen retention/upsell.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and business direction.
What you bring
- 10+ years in sales, with consistent $500K+ account wins.
- 5+ years in performance/creative agencies.
- Based in Sydney (ideal), confident leading in-person pitches.
- Hunter mindset with the maturity to manage long-cycle, high-value deals.
