About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will empower injured workers to reclaim their lives and return to work. Depending on your experience level, your role will include:

For All Roles: Managing a caseload (tailored to your level) to facilitate recovery-at-work planning, functional assessments, and case management under NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.

For Senior Strategists: Providing clinical supervision, mentoring junior staff, guiding complex injury management strategy, and contributing to business performance and quality initiatives.

Building strong relationships with injured workers, employers, treaters, and insurers.

Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client care.

We are looking for passionate allied health professionals who are eager to learn and grow. You might be a perfect fit if you have:

For Graduates & Career-Changers:

An enthusiastic, proactive, and compassionate mindset.

A relevant undergraduate degree in Allied Health (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology).

Current AHPRA or relevant professional body registration is required at commencement.

A strong desire to learn about occupational rehabilitation and injury management.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

For Experienced Clinicians (Senior Strategist):

Essential: Extensive experience in injury management within Workers Compensation and/or CTP.

A minimum of 2-3 years experience in injury management within Workers Compensation or CTP schemes is required.

Essential: An undergraduate qualification in Allied Health and experience in a supervisory or senior case management role.

Any leadership experience including team lead, supervisory, or management roles is required.

A proven ability to guide complex recovery strategies, mentor junior staff, and support business growth.

A strong understanding of relevant legislation and case management principles.
