Short-Term Project Opportunity – Field Interviewers

Square Holes, a well-respected South Australian market research company with over 20 years’ experience working with government and other leading organisations, is seeking enthusiastic Field Interviewers for upcoming and on-going short-term projects. This includes work at arts and culture events / shopping centres to gain attendee feedback.

We are looking to build a reliable and professional research field team, with individuals allocated to research projects best fitting their experience and aptitudes. This may include other surveys, recruitment of focus groups, executive interviewing and a range of other interesting and important research for Adelaide, national clients including government and reputable organisations. We also have upcoming face-to-face research in regional South Australia, including the Mid-North (Port Pirie, Orroroo, Eudunda to Gawler area). Great workers will be given the opportunity to work on on-going work from our Adelaide CBD office or remote from home as project needs arise.

This is interesting, meaningful work that isn’t overly complex, suited to reliable and confident communicators who enjoy engaging with people and working independently. For the right candidates, this may also open the door to future opportunities, including remote work.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills – professional, clear, and fluent English expression.

Driver’s licence and access to a car – travel between multiple locations required (mileage allowance provided).

Tech-savvy with tablets – comfortable using iPads or similar for electronic surveying.

Confident in approaching and engaging people in public.

Self-motivated, reliable, and well-presented, with a professional manner.

Previous market research / survey experience (e.g. research agency, ABS or research agency) is highly regarded, though similar experience in customer-facing roles will also be valued.
