This private practice takes a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to client care. You’ll collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists to deliver evidence-based therapy across the lifespan, supporting clients with a broad range of physical and intellectual disabilities.

About the Role
- Clinic-based in Moonee Ponds
- Caseload flexibility – focus on paediatrics or a mix of paediatric, adolescent and adult clients
- Common presentations: ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome
- Interventions across gross/fine motor skills, handwriting, play, social skills, sensory processing, regulation and self-care
- Holistic therapy model with OTs, Speech Pathologists & Psychologists working together
Support & Supervision
- Weekly supervision with an in-house supervisor for graduates / early career OTs (up to 3 years’ experience)
- Fortnightly discipline-specific & cross-discipline meetings
- Monthly 1:1 with the OT Team Lead + regular check-ins with the Director
- Gradual increase in billables – progress at your own pace
- Collaborative environment designed to foster growth and confidence
What You Need
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
